Dead Heat, by Mark Goldblatt (1988)

This was a real find. I’d never heard of it before but took a chance and it was awesome. Great example of classic 80’s-horror-film-quality execution, and a really enjoyable narrative style. Also an interesting premise, and good special effects. Worth checking out if you like 80’s horror comedy.

Really pretty bad. And I usually really enjoy screen adaptations of King’s work. The first Creepshow by Romero is worth watching, but this one was pretty porly executed. Worth passing over.
